The Kuala Lumpur Basketball Association (KLBA) will be hosting 2 events in the mid of this month; 1) 2018 new rules seminar and 2) an international friendly match.
To move in line with the rule changes by FIBA in 2017, KLBA will be hosting the rule seminar on 18th of the month at 10am at KLBA’s office.
Chairing the seminar will be KLBA’s FIBA referees Ms Nicole Lim, Mr Shaun Chan and Mr Alex Chu.
As the rule changes will be implemented in all KLBA’s competition effective 2018, we like to invite all referees, coaches and players to attend the seminar. Through the seminar, you will be able to understand the rule changes better. The seminar will be conducted in both English and Chinese.
On the other hand, the game statistics for Urban Basketball League organised by KLBA have been uploaded to the league’s Facebook and through its website, the league had caught international attention. Coincidentally, the Brother Basketball Club from Pakistan is having a training camp in Malaysia, the league is taking this rare opportunity to host an international friendly match between Double Team Assault and the Brother Basketball Club. The game will be held on 19 Nov 2017, 2000 hrs at MABA Indoor Stadium. We hope that all basketball enthusiasts and fans will attend the game.

吉隆坡篮总将在本月中举办2018新规则讲解研讨会和迎来一场国际篮球友谊赛。
为了迎合国际篮联修改2017新篮球规则， 吉隆坡篮总将会在本月18日上午10时在吉隆坡篮总办公室召开新规则讲解研讨会。
主持研讨会的都是吉隆坡篮总的国际裁判林淑芬，陈伟祥和朱威全。
由于新规则将会在吉隆坡篮总2018年的所有球赛中开始实行， 为了提早适应和了解新规则的改变， 希望所有裁判，教练和篮球员都可以出席，通过研讨会专人讲解， 可以更快的了解新规则的运用。研讨会将使用中英语讲解。
另一方面，由于吉隆坡篮总举办的全民篮球联赛全场技术统计已经发布到联赛脸书和通过官方网站受到国际关注， 也适逢巴基斯坦兄弟篮球俱乐部配合到来马来西亚集训， 将会在本月19日晚上8点在大马篮总冷气体育馆对垒全民篮球联赛的其中一支队伍突袭队篮球俱乐部 (Double Team Assault)。届时希望热爱篮运的朋友踊跃出席观赏。
